Once again PixelPin found its way to Cheltenham, this time to kick off participation in the NCSC Cyber Accelerator programme. After securing a spot out of 170 applicants, PixelPin joined seven other companies, from early start-ups to established revenue generated companies, in the programme’s nine-month course. The opportunity, a collaboration between the UK Government Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC, part of GCHQ) , and Wayra UK, part of Telefónica Open Future, aims to furnish cyber security focused companies with insider guidance and knowledge on how to operate successfully within the United Kingdom. The programme comes as a larger part of NCSC’s mission to make the UK the safest place to live and work online.
By combining NCSC’s technical expertise and Wayra’s commercial connectedness, the programme aims to offer a diverse and in-depth view into the current status of London’s entrepreneurial environment from a variety of facets. This marks PixelPin’s second time working with both NCSC and Wayra, and we are honoured and excited to be back making a progressive, collaborative effort with such esteemed institutions.
